Two previously released compilations will be in the package right alongside Kingdom Hearts 3. The console will not only feature a unique detailing, but it will also include the entire Kingdom Hearts series collection. There will also be a special edition Kingdom Hearts PlayStation 4 Pro released alongside the game when it launches Jan. We also saw a bit more from the Toy Story world, which we’ve gone hands on with before and has been teased heavily since last summer. Other levels we got new looks at include the Tangled world, Frozen world and Monsters, Inc. They’ll be fighting on the captain’s ship this time around for what seems to be a majority of the level. Jack Sparrow is back, and he’s got Sora, Donald and Goofy to be apart of his crew. The game will once again include characters from the Pirates of the Caribbean film franchise, and they got a big spotlight at the beginning of the trailer.

There’s no word on when (or if) Kingdom Hearts will eventually come to Steam, but the history of previous Epic Store exclusives offers a rough timeline of how long you should expect to wait.A new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 3 premiered during Sony’s E3 2018 press conference, introducing us to a new world. We’ll see whether Square Enix and Epic Games ultimately decide to lower the prices a bit before these ports are released, but I highly doubt that’s going to happen. Over the years, players on other platforms have been vocal about getting the chance to experience Sora's adventures outside of Sony consoles, and that time has finally come. It’s certainly not unprecedented for ports of old games to new platforms to suffer through a price hike (it happens on Nintendo Switch pretty often), but the prices for the PC versions of the Kingdom Hearts series certainly feel steep. The Kingdom Hearts series is coming to the PC for the first time, and it'll be available as an Epic Games Store exclusive. The only game that’s being sold via Epic Games Store for around the same retail price as it’s going for on consoles is Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory.

Kingdom Hearts 3 is being sold for about $45 more than it goes for on PS4. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is retailing for $59.99 on the Epic Games Store but can be purchased for under $30 for PS4. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX will set you back $49.99 via the Epic Games Store but can be found for about $20 on PS4.
